This policy explains what data Oddvantage keeps, why, and how you can view or delete it. It is governed by Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733).
Oddvantage is an independent project run by its creator. For any question about your data, write to support.oddvantage@gmail.com.
Your email and your password, which is stored encrypted and never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier instead of a password.
Your plan (free or premium) and, if you have temporary premium, the date it ends.
The date you created your account, how you arrived (for example, a social media link or a friend's link) and your invitation code.
To give you access to your account, manage your plan and the invitation program, and protect the service (for example, by limiting login attempts).
To learn, in aggregate, which channels bring new users. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
We use a session cookie, needed to keep you logged in, and the "ov_attribution" cookie, which remembers for 30 days how you arrived so your sign-up can be attributed. Your preferences (filters, currency) are stored only in your browser.
We measure visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that does not identify you or track you across sites and that honors your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
Our servers are in Finland (European Union), provided by Hetzner. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in. Umami receives aggregated visit data. We do not share your data with bookmakers.
For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, your data is erased; backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Inside the app, in your account, you have "Download my data" and "Delete my account"; for anything else, write to us. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority.
Oddvantage is only for people aged 18 or over. If we find an account belonging to a minor, we delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced inside the app.
